Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co.'s board of directors approved participating in the establishment of a private real estate fund to develop mid-market hotels, the company said in a bourse statement Thursday.

 

Al Tayyar will contribute three plots of land, owned by the group in Jeddah.

 

The company added that further developments will be announced later on.
