Northern Cement shareholders to vote on board rules, remuneration policy

Northern Region Cement Co. (Northern Cement) shareholders will vote on updated rules for the nomination and remuneration committee and audit committee at the company’s next ordinary general meeting on Jan. 3, 2018.
The assembly will also vote on policies and procedures for membership on the board of directors, as well as the remuneration policy for board members, committees, and executives, the cement firm said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
