Saudi Arabia will launch ten programs related to Vision 2030 over the coming months, Al Arabiya TV has reported, citing Mohammed Al Tuwaijri, the Kingdom’s Minister of Economy and Planning.

 

"The ministry will monitor the transition to the economic diversification and will help eliminate the Kingdom's dependence on oil", Al Tuwaijri said, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

 

"Maintaining an economic growth rate of 2.5-3 percent is essential during this economic transition,” he added.
