Edaa adds Leejam shares to investor accounts

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) on Wednesday has added the subscribed shares in Leejam Sports Co. into the investors “Center Accounts” pursuant to the allocated securities of each subscriber.
The company’s initial public offering (IPO) which ended August 7, was oversubscribed by 245 percent. At least ten shares were allocated to each subscriber, according to data available on Argaam.
Leejam Sports has floated 15.72 million shares in an IPO at SAR 52 per share where 90 percent of the IPO shares were offered to institutional investors, covered by 8.3 times, while 1.57 million shares, or 10 percent, were offered to retail investors.
