Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. had to postpone its first and second extraordinary general assembly meetings on Tuesday due to lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The postponement will not impact the planned capital hike, if approved by shareholders in the upcoming meeting.

 

The insurer will announce a new date for the third meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
