Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT said it will pay cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019 on May 8, 2019.

 

 Shareholders of record on April 21, 2019, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last month, the fund manager declared a 1.7 percent cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.17 per unit, amounting to SAR 10.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
