Al Jouf Cement Co.’s ordinary general assembly approved on June 11 the board report, financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2018, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The shareholders also approved to appoint Al Kharashi & Co. Certified Accountants and Auditors as an external auditor for the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2019 and Q1 2020.
