Najran Cement elects new board of directors

Najran Cement Co.'s shareholders have elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting this upcoming August 9.
Mohammed bin Mani Aba al-Ala was reappointed as board chairman, the company said in a statement on Tadawul on Thursday.
The cement producer also elected the members of the audit committee and approved the committee’s terms of reference and member remuneration.
