Unitholders of Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund approved on June 14 a proposal to delist the fund as a closed-ended listed investment fund and convert it into an open-ended public investment fund.

In a statement to Tadawul, Alkhabeer Capital said that unitholders also approved the proposed fundamental amendments to the fund’s terms and conditions.

The company added that trading in the fund’s units will be suspended effective June 18, while the fund will be officially delisted on June 25 in accordance with the previously announced delisting timetable.

Alkhabeer Capital urged unitholders to start opening investment accounts with the company to facilitate transactions involving the fund after its delisting.

According to Argaam data, the board of the Alkhabeer Growth and Income Fund approved in December 2025 the fund manager’s recommendation to delist the fund as a closed-ended listed investment fund and convert it into an open-ended public investment fund.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the delisting request in May.
