Al Rajhi Capital stated that the initial public offering (IPO) of the Al Rajhi MSCI Saudi Equity ETF raised SAR 100 million.

In a Tadawul filing, the company said the offering closed on Aug. 4, with the fund scheduled to commence operations on Aug. 10, 2026.

According to Argaam data, the IPO for the ETF began on Aug. 3 on the Main Market (TASI).

The Capital Market Authority approved Al Rajhi Capital's application in June to publicly offer the fund's units as an exchange-traded fund (ETF).

Al Rajhi MSCI Equity is a Shariah-compliant, open-ended ETF that complies with the Shariah standards approved by the fund's appointed Shariah Supervisory Committee. It aims to track and replicate the performance of the MSCI Saudi Arabia Shariah Index, which primarily invests in large-, mid-, and small-cap Saudi listed companies on the Saudi Exchange, before fees and expenses.
