Tabuk Agriculture Development Co. (TADCO) said board member Abdullah Al Salhi’s decision to end his term as Managing Director (MD) was approved, along with his request to remain on the board.

Al Salhi’s board member status was amended to independent from executive, effective from the date of his request, TADCO said in a statement on Tadawul.

Al Salhi submitted the request noting he would not be able to dedicate sufficient time to the MD role going forward. The move is also a part of efforts to rationalize costs associated with having multiple executive positions, as the new CEO’s assumes full responsibilities.

The company added that Al Salhi will remain a board member until the end of the board’s current term.

According to Argaam data, TADCO approved the appointment of a MD in November 2025, with Al Salhi assigned to the position.

In January 2026, the company also assigned Al Salhi to serve as CEO to ensure business continuity and the smooth running of executive operations.

In May, the company ended his CEO assignment while retaining him as MD, and appointed Khaled Saleh Abu Bakr Al Amoudi as CEO, effective June 1, 2026.
