Saudi Chemical Holding Co. has sold 1,642 fractional shares on Sept. 25, 2019 at SAR 26.6 per share for a total of SAR 43,677, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Oct. 14, 2019, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved a 33.33 percent capital hike to SAR 843.2 million from SAR 632.4 million through the issue of bonus shares, Argaam reported.
