Al Moammar Information Systems Co (MIS) will pay cash dividend for H1 2019 on December 19, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Oct. 31, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Last month, the company’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend of 10 percent for H1 2019, at SAR 1 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
