Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) invited shareholders to submit their candidature for board members elections, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The new board will serve for a period of three years from March 16, 2020, to March 15, 2023.

 

The applications can be submitted from December 8, 2019, to January 8, 2020.
