Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) inked an exclusive commercial representation agreement with PrimeGate for Communications and IT (a closed joint stock company), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Under the five-year agreement, SIECO will exclusively represent Prime Gate in Iraq, Jordan, Sudan, Egypt, GCC region and North Africa.

 

The agreement will expire on Jan. 14, 2025.

 

The relevant financial impact will be unveiled by end of 2020, the statement added.
