STC is in talks to acquire a stake of Vodafone Egypt, Cairo-based Youm7 newspaper reported, citing sources.

 

The talks are around the 55% stake controlled by Vodafone International in Vodafone Egypt, the newspaper said.

 

The report however didn’t mention the value of the transaction.
