Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step aims to strengthen the company’s financial position.

 

The recommendation is pending approval from the company’s general assembly, the date of which will be determined later.
