Al Alamiya appoints new board member

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Al Alamiya) board of directors appointed Abdulaziz Yousef Bin Yousef as a non-executive board member representing Riyad Bank, according to a bourse statement.
He was also appointed as a member of the Risk Committee.
The decision is effective from May 5, 2020 and requires the general assembly’s approval.
Yousef has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he worked with Dar Alyousefia Holding, Emirates NBD, Bank Al-Bilad, Bidaya Housing Finance, and is currently working with Riyad Bank.
