ANB shareholders to vote on audit committee regulations on June 3

Arab National Bank’s (ANB) shareholders are set to vote on audit committee regulations during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on June 3, 2020, the bank said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on appointing Thamer Al Wadey as member of the audit committee for the current 3-year term ending on March 31, 2023.
