ANB shareholders approve audit committee member appointment

Arab National Bank’s (ANB) shareholders approved the appointment of Thamer Al Wadey (independent member) as a member of the audit committee, for the current three-year term started on April 1, 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 3.
The company said in a bourse statement that Al Wadey replaced former committee member, Mansour Abdulaziz Rashid Al-Busaili.
Meanwhile, shareholders also approved the regulations for the audit committee.
