Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. (Enaya) renewed an agreement with Fakih Medical Group worth SAR 22.32 million, to provide health insurance services to the staff and their families.

 

The insurer said in a bourse statement that the value of the one-year contract, effective from July 13, 2020, exceeds 5% of Enaya's total revenue according to the latest approved financial statements for the fiscal year 2019.

 

Enaya expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results, noting that Mazen bin Sulaiman Fakih is a related party.
