Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) said in a bourse statement on Sunday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for Aug. 10, was not held due to the lack of quorum.

 

GO will set a new EGM date after obtaining the necessary approvals, the statement added.

 

Shareholders were supposed to vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020.
