Najran Cement Company said that it has completed the setup of a limited liability specialized transportation company and obtained the initial license to practice the activity from the Public Transport Authority, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company is currently awaiting receipt of the final license and expects to complete the subsidiary’s establishment on Nov. 1, 2020, the statement added.

 

In February 2016, Najran Cement’s board of directors approved the establishment of a limited liability specialized transportation company, with a capital of SAR 500,000 to be financed from internal resources, data compiled by Argaam showed.
