Shares of National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) have their ex-dividend today, Oct. 5, 2020.

 

Meanwhile, shares of Al Kathiri Holding Co. have their ex-rights today.

 

Last month, Bahri’s board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for H1 2020, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 393.75 million, to be paid on Oct. 5, 2020.

 

In November 2019, Al Kathiri’s board of directors recommended a capital hike through a SAR 45.2 million rights issue.
