Al Rajhi Capital appointed Mesheal I. Al-Shenefi as the new chairman of the board of Al Rajhi REIT Fund, effective Oct. 11, 2020, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board members of the fund are Mesheal I. Al-Shenefi (chairman and independent member), Abdul Aziz Al-Sabt (non-independent member), Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Mohsen (non-independent member), Tarek I. Al-Sogeer (non-independent member), Feras S. Al-Saeed (independent member), and Saud M. Sulimany (independent member).
