United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) shareholders gave the go-ahead for appointing two board members, Faisal bin Hussein and Khaled bin Bakr, during the ordinary general meeting held on Oct. 20, 2020.

 

In August, the company appointed them as board members for the current board term ending Dec. 13, 2020.

 

The insurer obtained the approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) on the appointments on July 27, 2020.
