Yanbu Cement Co.’s board of directors approved, on Nov. 12, the resignation of Abdulaziz Al Rajhi, a member at the audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board of directors also approved the appointment of Ibrahim Alrashid (an independent board member) to replace Al Rajhi, as of Nov. 17, 2020.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
