Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co.’s shareholders elected a new board of directors for the three-year term, starting Dec. 22, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The new board included, among others, Abdulelah Saad Aldrees, Abdulmohsen Mohammed Aldrees and Hamad Mohammed Aldrees, the statement added.

 

This came during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 16, 2020.

 

Shareholders also formed a new audit committee for the same three-year term, together with setting its tasks and members’ remuneration.
