Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. announced that the prospectus for its SAR 100 million rights issue is now available for review by shareholders on the website of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), according to a bourse statement.

 

The company will hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2020, to look into the rights issue, setting the offer price and amending the articles of association.
