Jabal Omar says land plot in Makkah project sold to AIMS Holding

Jabal Omar Development Co. (JODC) sold a 2,572 square meters (sqm) land plot within its flagship project in Makkah to Abdullah Ibrahim Mohammed Al Subeaei (AIMS Holding) for SAR 830 million, the real estate developer said in a bourse statement.
According to the deal, the price per sqm is estimated at SAR 323,000.
Earlier this week, JODC inked a contract to sell a land plot within its flagship project in Makkah to an investment firm for SAR 830 million, but no further details were disclosed at the time.
JODC said the buyer would afford the real estate transfer tax, Argaam reported.
Jabal Omar issued on July 16, 2020, the uniform ownership deed on the company's project in Makkah at 231,940 sqm.
