United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) approved the election of new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, ending Jan. 12, 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Jan. 13, 2021.

 

Shareholders also ratified amending some of the company's Articles of Association related to incorporation, company’s purposes, ownership and stock trading.
