FALCOM Financial Services announced the publication of Watani Iron Steel Co.’s registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu Parallel Market, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company announced, on  Jan. 17, the registration document for its direct listing on Nomu, Argaam reported.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Dec. 30, 2020, the registration of Watani Iron Steel Co.’s shares.
