Al Akaria says Al Rimal District residential project 94% complete

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) said construction works in Al-Dahia residential project are 94% complete, according to a bourse filing.
Contracts to sell around 54% of the residential units were signed, while procedures to deliver Phase I units already started.
Sale for Phase II units was launched, and sold units are expected to be delivered by April 30, 2021, the statement added.
In June 2017, Al Akaria signed a construction contract with its 60%-owned subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Construction Co., to build 511 residential units at a total cost of SAR 538.28 million in Al-Rimal neighborhood, according to data compiled by Argaam.
