Allianz SF shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on June 29

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 29, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on discharging board members from liabilities during 2020.
Meanwhile, they will vote on all other items on the meeting’s agenda, including the business contracts conducted between the company and other parties.
Shareholders can vote on the agenda items as of June 29, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
