Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) shareholders start today, June 24, the electronic voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

The bank’s shareholders will vote on expanding the audit committee seats from four to five, and appointing Abdullah Abdulrahman Alrowais as an audit committee member.
