Shareholders of Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. approved the board and auditor reports, and financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

They also appointed an external auditor to review the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2021, and Q1 2022.

 

During the meeting, shareholders absolved the members of the board from liabilities for 2020, as well as approved business and contracts concluded by the company.
