Shareholders of Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. approved amending bylaws related to board of directors’ authorities, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 1.

 

They also approved amending the remuneration policy for the board of directors, committees and executive management, as well as the policy of criteria of the competition of the board member with the company's activities.
