Logos of Saudi Enaya and Amana Insurance

The General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued a no-objection certificate to the completion of the economic concentration process between Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.

 

The economic concentration will be through the merger of Saudi Enaya with Amana Insurance, GAC said on its official Twitter account.

 

In April, Amana Insurance signed a binding merger agreement with Saudi Enaya, under which Saudi Enaya will be merged into Amana, Argaam earlier reported.
