Shareholders of Kingdom Holding Co. approved the formation of the audit committee, in addition to setting their tasks, work controls and remunerations for the new term, starting on Aug. 9 and ending on June 4, 2024.

 

The decision was taken during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 9, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected members are Khalid Abdullah Alsouhem (Chairman), and Mohammed Omar Aloyaidi and Reem Mohammed Asaad.
