Thob Al Aseel Co. announced that the board of directors approved, on Sept. 11, reappointing Faisal Aljedaie as Chairman and Ajlan Alajlan as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

Meanwhile, the board gave the go-ahead for appointing Ahmed Alommar as the Board Secretary.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee was formed with Ajlan Alajlan as Chairman and board member, as well as Faisal Aljedaie and Saad Alotaibi as committee members.
