Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.'s shareholders will vote on electing new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term ending on Dec. 25, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled on Nov. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term ending on Dec. 25, 2024, in addition to determining its tasks, work procedures, remuneration, and membership period.

 

Shareholders can e-vote on agenda items as of Nov. 11 through Tadawulaty services.
