Saudi Arabian Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) board of directors appointed, on Oct. 20, Maqid Ibrahim Al-Otaibi as Managing Director (MD), the company said in a bourse filing today, Oct. 21.

 

Al-Otaibi’s status was changed into an executive board member accordingly, the statement added.

 

Al-Otaibi replaced Hattan Al-Sharif, whose status was changed into a non-executive board member, as of Oct. 21, 2021.
