Anaam International Holding Group Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Nov. 28, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 22, according to a bourse filing.

 

Members elected to the board include Hassan Saad Frhaan Al Yamani, Mohammed Abdul Rahman Saleh Attar, Khalid bin Waheeb Mohammed Mglad, Raied Mohammed Abdullah Katy, and Walid Jamil Muhammed Ali Kattan.

 

Shareholders also voted to form the audit committee for the same term, with members including Ahmed Tariq Abdul Rahman Murad, Raied Katy, and Khalid Mglad.
