MIS signs SAR 54.89 mln computer maintenance contract with RCJY

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, Dec. 28, a project contract with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) to maintain computers for SAR 54.89 million, including value-added tax (VAT).
The project has an implementation period of three years from the date of receiving the site, the company said in a bourse statement.
The financial impact of the contract will begin from Q1 2022, MIS added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
Earlier this month, MIS was awarded a SAR 54.89 million contract, inclusive of VAT, for a computer hardware maintenance project for RCJY, according to data compiled by Argaam.
