Fitaihi Group shareholders to elect board members on March 15

Fitaihi Holding Group shareholders will vote on electing board members for the next three-year term that will begin on April 22, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on March 15, according to a bourse filing.
The voting will take place via the Tadawulaty system, in line with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives.
