ACWA Power’s shareholders approved appointing Ernst & Young Professional Services as the external auditor during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Feb. 17, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor is entitled to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022, in addition to Q1 2023, the statement added.
