Jarir Marketing Co. announced that the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for March. 1, will start as of Feb. 26, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will elect new board members for the next three-year term that will begin on March 9, 2022. They will also discuss the formation of an audit committee in addition to stopping the allocation of 10% of net profit to regular reserve, Argaam reported.
