UCA shareholders to vote on amending articles of association on Oct. 19

United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) shareholders will vote on amending a number of articles of association, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled to be held on Oct. 19, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also vote on discharging board members from liability for FY 2021, and approving board's report for the same FY.
Other agenda items include delegating the board of directors the powers of the general assembly for one year until the date of the general assembly’s approval or the end of the current board term, whichever is earlier.
