Thimar shareholders approve liability claim against former board members

Thimar Development Holding Co.’s shareholders authorized the current board of directors to file a liability claim against former board members for the terms from March 6, 2017 to July 4, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held Oct. 17.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Thimar said the board will undertake all necessary legal procedures necessary for proceeding with the claim, according to the request of the shareholders.
