Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) board of directors, on Dec. 23, 2024, agreed to reappoint Mazin AlRomaih as Chairman and Talal Al Maiman as Vice Chairman.

The non-objection of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on the board decision was received today, Jan. 20, according to a statement to Tadawul.
